Worldtown Via Londontown :: Chris Ofili’s Bite

ofili18_lgArtists with bite: if you are in London, be sure to check out Chris Ofili’s exhibit at the Tate Britain on until May 16th. One of the best young artists coming out of Britain and drawing inspiration from Zimbabwean cave painting to Blaxploitation films, to comic books and hip hop art. His pops of colour and iconology in richly ornate paintings are on display from his career spanning the last decade and a half. This is not to be missed.
